National Guard chief hails endurance efforts

Manama, Sep. 17 (BNA): National Guard Chief Lieutenant-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al-Khalifa congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and the Government on the landmark achievements of HM the King’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) Chairman, Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President and Royal Team captain His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa who ranked third and topped Arab riders in World Endurance Championship 2016, which was held in Samorin, Slovakia. Lt.-Gen Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al-Khalifa hailed the achievement of Bahraini rider Ra’ed Mahmoud who ranked 4th in the world and second in the Arab world in the same world endurance race.
