National Media Council obtains ISO Certification 2008: 9001

Abu Dhabi, June 20, 2013 (WAM) - The National Media Council (NMC) has received "ISO Certification 2008 : 9001" from the International Organisation for Standardisation ( ISO ), for its commitment in applying best standards of quality management and developing them to the highest levels of customer service in order to achieve its strategic objectives. The NMC developed all its processes and services in order to make it more flexible and to enhance customer satisfaction with it. It also seeks to promote and strengthen a culture of quality among its staff and customers. The certificate emphasises the NMC keen interest to upgrade its services to enhance the satisfaction of the customers through the effective application of quality management system which in turn ensures the continuous development processes. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
