National Security Advisor patronises graduates' meeting

Manama, Oct. 27 (BNA): Under the patronage of the National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, Major-General HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) held the ceremony of the second meeting of the graduates of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst at the Isa Royal Military College. Royal Military Academy Sandhurst†s Commandant, Major-General Paul Nanson, as well as graduates attended the ceremony. The National Security Advisor delivered a statement in which he welcomed the Commandant of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and its graduates, hailing the prominent role played by the Academy to prepare officers and provide them with science and knowledge so as to be informed about the scientific and technological developments in the military field. HH Shaikh Nasser stressed that the meeting is an opportunity to recall the memories of the basic training stages at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. After that, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst†s Commandant and college commanders delivered statements on the occasion. Then, commemorative gifts were exchanged. Shaikhs and a number of senior BDF officers were present.
