NDMC Closes the January 2022 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

Riyadh, Jan. 19, 2022, SPA -- The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced today the closure of January 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 2.833 Bn (Two Billion and eight hundred thirty-three Million Saudi Riyals). According to a statement issued today, the Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows: - The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.248 Bn (One Billion and two hundred forty-eight Million Saudi Riyals) and matures in 2030. - The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.585 Bn (One Billion and five hundred eighty-five Million Saudi Riyals) and matures in 2034. --SPA
