New York Times introduces art in Istanbul

NEW YORK (A.A) - February 13, 2012 - U.S. New York Times newspaper wrote that Turkey's Istanbul city boomed in art.  Releasing an article by Suzy Hansen, NYT weekend edition reserved six pages for Istanbul. The article said that art was rising significantly in the former Ottoman Empire's capital Istanbul, and many art places had been opened, and Istanbul was having its moment of re-birth in art. The article also conveyed views of several art directors which are; "In New York it feels like the best years are behind us. In Istanbul it feels like the best years are yet to come", "Istanbul is the most favorite city in the world in art", "Turkey and Istanbul are young and this leaves a positive and productive effect on people".
