NIHR Deputy Chairman receives MA graduate

Manama, May 26 (BNA): National Institution of Human Rights (NIHR) Deputy Chairman Abdulla Al-Derazi received Mariam Al-Sheroogi who presented a copy of her Master's degree from Al-Ahlia University themed "Using audio clips in news bulletins to serve the media agenda of Jazeera and Al-Arabiya . Comparative study: Tunisia 2011". The researcher focused on the impact of audio clips on people and the public opinion as shown in the events which happened in Tunisia in 2011. Al-Derazi commended the efforts of Al-Sheroogi in conducting the thesis and wished her success in her professional and academic life, stressing NIHR-support to all that serves the nation. The meeting was attended by NIHR Commission member and Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-up Committee Chairperson Maria Khoury and IT and Communication director Fahd Al-Maalla.
