NIHR obtains 92% approval rating

Manama, July 26 (BNA): The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)'s Secretary-General Khalifa bin Ali Al Fadhel said that the quality of NIHRA services received 92% approval rating based on evaluation of the quality of services provided by NIHR. A questionnaire was implemented for this purpose in January which included obtaining information about the institution and its role in the promotion and protection of human rights in the Bahrain in addition to satisfaction with the institution's Hotline 80001144. Dr. Al Fadhel said that NIHR continuously works to improve the quality of the services it provides that ultimately benefits both citizens and residents. It is worth mentioning that the National Institution for Human Rights obtained the ISO9001:2015 as the first national institution for human rights to obtain the ISO certification in the region.
