NSSA receives Japanese ambassador

Manama, Feb. 21 (BNA): The National Space Science Authority (NSSA)’s CEO Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Asiri received Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Miyamoto Masayuki. The meeting reviewed topics of common interest and discussed ways of cooperation in space science and technology, and promoting peaceful space exploitation to meet the United Nations (UN) sustainable development goals. The ambassador praised the achievements made by the authority within a short period of its establishment and hailed its distinguished initiatives that serve all sectors of society and supported raising awareness of space science.
