Police patrol arson attack suspects arrested

Manama, Mar. 23 (BNA): Director-General of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science announced today the arrest of seven individuals suspected of being involved in the arson of a police patrol at the entrance of Deraz on Wednesday, March 21. One policeman sustained a minor injury during the attack. He said that the crime scene and other security teams had deployed to the scene, adding that the investigation led to identifying and arresting the suspects. Cameras with clips on the attack's implementation phases seized from them and some other evidence. He said that legal proceedings are being taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
