Power station fire in Abu Dhabi contained

Abu Dhabi, 7th January 2015 (WAM): Emergency and public safety teams of the Abu Dhabi Police put out a fire which broke out yesterday in a power station at Al Muroor road. Major Khalid Hassan Al Shihi, head of the Rescue and Rapid Response at the police, said the fire was doused in less than an hour. "Preliminary investigations showed that the fire broke out due to electrical short circuit.
