Premier’s Advisor hails Bahrain-British historic ties

Manama, July 3 (BNA): His Royal Highness the Premier’s Advisor His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa attended a reception party which was held by outgoing British Ambassador to Kingdom of Bahrain Simon Martin at his residence. HH Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa hailed deep-rooted historic relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, stressing the keenness of the leadership of both countries on the interests of their countries and peoples. He commended the dedicated efforts exerted by e Ambassador Simon Martin to develop bilateral relations on all levels, wishing him success in his upcoming duties. The UK envoy hailed the support of the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa to further bolster bilateral relations. He commended joint coordination between the two countries regarding regional and international issues. He appreciated the presence of HH Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.
