Premier congratulated on FOWPAL shield

Manama, Sep. 21 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, has extended deepest congratulations to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa on being granted the Shield of the Federation of World Peace and Love (FOWPAL) in recognition of his landmark contribution to promoting the traditions of peace, tolerance and diversity. The shield is an international recognition of the Prime Minister’s constant efforts to consolidate the principles of peace, love and mutual respect, out of his belief that the provision of secure and peaceful living atmosphere for peoples is essential for progress in various fields. Al-Saleh voiced deep pride in the remarkable efforts exerted by HRH Premier in various fields to serve the nation and the citizens, noting that the prestigious honouring conferred on the Premier will motivate everyone to exert extra efforts in order to raise the national banners at various international gatherings. He wished HRH the Prime Minister abundant health and happiness to continue serving the nation and the citizens.
