Premier congratulates Egypt

Manama, Aug. 8 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa delegated Transportation and Telecommunications Minister Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed and Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Hesham bin Mohammed Al-Jowder to attend a ceremony marking Egypt's National Day and the 64th anniversary of the July 23, 1952 Revolution. The two ministers conveyed at the reception, hosted by the Egyptian embassy in Bahrain, the congratulations and greetings of HRH the Premier to the leadership, government and people of Egypt on this national occasion, wishing them further progress and prosperity. They hailed deep-rooted historic relations between Bahrain and Egypt, lauding strong joint cooperation in all fields. They commended the pivotal and historic role of Egypt in strengthening pan-Arab cooperation as well as its leverage in the Arab and regional arenas. They also reiterated Bahrain's keenness on further bolstering bilateral relations with Egypt and expanding cooperation to meet the aspirations of the two countries and peoples. Egyptian Ambassador Suha Ibrahim Mohammed Rifaat Al-Far extended sincere thanks to HRH the Premier, hailing his keenness on strengthening solid fraternal relations. She reiterated her country's keen interest in developing joint cooperation in all fields, hailing Bahrain's development strides.
