Premier Soccer League Closes in DPRK

Pyongyang, April 24 (KCNA) -- Men's premier soccer league for the Mangyongdae Prize Sports Games to celebrate the Day of the Sun came to a close in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The Kigwancha Team beat the Rimyongsu Team 2:1 in the finals of the league, taking the first place for the second straight year. In the semifinals, the Kigwancha Team defeated the Ryomyong Team 7:6. Eleven teams took part in the men's premier soccer league to contend for victory in over ten days and scored 95 goals in all (3.3 goals per match on the average). -0-
