Premier thanked by undersecretary

Manama, Nov. 7 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of thanks and gratitude from Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa on her appointment as Undersecretary at the Foreign Affairs Ministry. Dr. Shaikha Rana expressed delight at the precious trust bestowed upon her by appointing her to her post. She said that she was honoured for being the first woman across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to be appointed to such a post, stressing that the honouring will motivate her to exert more efforts to raise the kingdom’s banners at various gatherings. She pledged to spare no effort for sake of achieving the goals of the kingdom’s foreign policy, in line with HRH Premier’s vision and dedication for the interests of Bahrain and its people, praying to Allah the Almighty to protect HRH the Prime Minister and guide him on the right path.
