Premier urges more determination to preserve national security

Manama, July 8 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya palace today senior officials and discussed with them local and international issues. He stressed the need for more awareness and determination to maintain national security and stability amid fast-paced regional developments. HRH the Premier affirmed Bahrain’s glorious heritage which needs to be preserved as a witness to the glory of the Bahraini people and their outstanding contribution to human civilisation throughout history. He described the kingdom’s urban and civilisational growth as the dividend of a national march by successive generations. He praised the efforts made in building modern Bahrain, pointing out a line-up of citizen-oriented development, health, housing and educational projects being implemented all over the kingdom. HRH the Prime Minister asserted that Bahrain’s pioneering status will remain witness to the outstanding contribution of the Bahraini people in various fields. He noted that those contributions will continue thanks to the Bahraini people’s awareness and vigilance.
