President receives credentials from ambassadors of number of foreign countries

Bishkek, Oct.9, 2019. /Kabar/. Today, Oct.9 President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov received credentials from ambassadors of Japan, the Republic of Ghana, the Kingdom of Spain, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Sri Lanka, the Kingdom of Bahrain. Jeenbekov congratulated each ambassador personally on the beginning of diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan, and expressed confidence that their professional experience would contribute to the development of relations between the countries, the press service of the Kyrgyz President reported. The President discussed with new heads of diplomatic missions the current state and priority areas of cooperation between the countries, expressed interest of the Kyrgyz side in expanding bilateral relations in trade and economic, cultural, humanitarian and political spheres, as well as in attracting investments and supporting entrepreneurship. He also stressed the readiness to deepen relations with the countries within the international organizations and integration associations. Ambassadors of Japan Shigeki Maeda, Ghana Sayuti Yahaya Iddi, Spain David Arturo Carriedo, Moldova Andrei Neguța, Sri Lanka Nurdin Mohammad Shahid, and Bahrain Anwar Yusuf Al-Abdulla assured the President of the Kyrgyz Republic that they would make every effort to build capacity for bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Kyrgyzstan.
