President of Supreme Judiciary Hails HH the Amir's Keenness to Develop Justice System

Doha, October 25 (QNA) - HE President of the Supreme Judiciary Council and President of the Court of Cassation Dr. Hassan bin Lahdan Al Hassan Al Mohannadi hailed the lofty directives represented in the speech of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani in the inauguration of the 51st ordinary session of the Shura Council. HE Dr. Al Mohannadi commended the announcement of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to develop the judiciary system and achieve the prompt justice, in addition to the great emphasis His Highness placed on the judicial sector - working to modernize it in pursuit of keeping pace with the current requirements and achieving the prompt justice that ensures the rights of everyone who lives on the land of the State of Qatar. The judicial system will take His Highness's directives as a comprehensive approach through which the work mechanism will be developed and updated to further achieve His Highness's vision for prompt justice and ensure speed of litigation procedures, which remains one of the most crucial elements in the development of this judicial system through counting on the advanced technical means, he pointed out, adding that His Highness's directives are considered a roadmap and an action plan for the upcoming period. His Excellency extended his thanks to HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani for placing foremost importance and care on the judiciary, underlining that the legislations outlined by His Highness will contribute to creating the suitable environment to develop the judicial action and achieve the goals of the justice development initiative. In his closing statement, His Excellency hailed the enormous efforts exerted by the Cabinet and its General-Secretariat in drawing up and reviewing the judicial legislatives, extending his thanks to the legislative body for its enormous efforts.
