Prime Minister Meets Senior Minister of Singapore and Singaporean Minister of Home Affairs and Law

Doha, December 09 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani met Friday at Lusail Stadium, HE Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of the Republic of Singapore Teo Chee Hean, and HE Minister of Home Affairs and Law of the Republic of Singapore K. Shanmugam, and their accompanying delegation, who are visiting the country to attend part of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matches. During the meeting, HE Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of Singapore congratulated the government and people of the State of Qatar for the successful organization of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, expressing his wishes for success to the State of Qatar in the remaining tournament competitions, wishing the competing teams good luck. During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to a number of issues and developments of common concern. (QNA)
