Qatar Condemns Mogadishu Bombing

Doha, July 28 (QNA) - The State of Qatar has expressed condemnation and denunciation of the bombing, which targeted a building housing Turkish embassy staff in Somalia's capital Mogadishu, killing one civilian and one security guard and wounding five others. In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA) today, an official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Qatar's solidarity with the people and the governments of Somalia and the Republic of Turkey. The State of Qatar condemns such terrorist and criminal acts aimed at destabilizing security and stability and terrorizing innocent people, leading to the loss of innocent lives, it added. The source expressed Qatar's condolences to the Turkish and Somalia governments on the victims and their families, who were killed in this terrorist act, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery. It affirmed Qatar's firm position renouncing violence and terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. (QNA)
