It worked to support Qatari farms and agricultural companies in order to contribute to increasing local production and reducing imports, and thus achieving food security, specially in light of the state's tendency to self-reliance in industry and agriculture through the localization of food industries. In this regard, the Arab Monetary Fund affirmed that Qatar ranked first in achieving food security at the Gulf and Arab levels, compared to other countries. Al-Raya noted that the issue of achieving food security was and still is at the top of the state's priorities and within its efforts to put Qatar on the global map in food production to reach the stage of self-sufficiency and then shift to the stage of exporting abroad. According to the report of the Arab Monetary Fund on the issue of food security, Qatar is on the right path by adopting national strategies to enhance its food security, especially that the world is living these days in extremely difficult global conditions and challenges, as political crises, economic and climatic conditions, wars and conflicts that negatively affect food supplies grains to many countries, which exacerbates the food crisis in many countries of the world. Climate changes and rising temperatures also negatively affect agriculture and food production worldwide. In this context, Qatar has worked to support Qatari farms and agricultural companies by providing production inputs, such as chemical and organic fertilizers and pesticides, to vegetable and fruit producers, and assisting them in marketing their products to ensure that they get the best prices, and to reduce food loss and waste. The state also supports concentrated fodder, immunizations and medicines for livestock producers as well as the fish production sector, by providing facilities for investors wishing to enter the field of fish farming. The newspaper pointed out that the State of Qatar has made huge investments internally and externally in order to ensure its food security. It always maintains a stable strategic stock, as it always strives to keep enough basic commodities. Externally, it has invested in international institutions and companies operating in the grain, meat, poultry, livestock and fish sectors in a number of countries. The state has also developed strategic plans to achieve food security in important sectors such as innovative agricultural technologies, and food safety and quality tests, therefore, efforts to achieve food security are proceeding as planned in the Qatar National Vision 2030, which gave the issue of food security the utmost importance. For its part, the English-language newspaper The Peninsula shed light in its editorial titled " Comprehensive health services" on the strategy by the healthcare sector which ensured healthcare service plans partners, including the public and private sector to implement a unique health experience during the World Cup Qatar 2022. The newspaper said that the well planned and coordinated services enabled healthcare service providers to play key roles throughout the World Cup. Consequently, services were delivered in stadiums, fan zones, and training grounds, as well as providing emergency and urgent care services in hospitals and health centers daily. Ambulance Service also played a major role in providing medical services during the competition and non-competition venues. Medical teams were deployed in strategic places across the country, including fan zones, festivals and accommodations. The newspaper pointed out that one of the success stories of the health sector is the B4Development Foundation, established by the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy in 2016, which recorded many achievements during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. In coordination with the Ministry of Public Health and the World Health Organization, the foundation contributed actively to many activities to raise health awareness and promote healthy food options in the eight stadiums and fan zones to set new standards in terms of the contribution of behavioral sciences to mega sporting events. For its part, Al-Sharq newspaper affirmed that the timid condemnations issued by Western countries, led by the United States, regarding Israel's crimes and violations of international laws and covenants and the resolutions issued by the Security Council are no longer enough. The newspaper said, in its editorial titled: "Convictions alone... are not enough," that the new, extreme right-wing Israeli government began its term with a message that carries clear indications of the extent to which it may reach in defying the international community, tampering with inalienable Palestinian rights, and attempting to change the historical conditions in occupied Jerusalem and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as security and stability in the region, as the situation today is on the brink of explosion, after the Israeli Minister of National Security stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque in a provocation to the feelings of hundreds of millions of Muslims around the world. Al- Sharq added that this step has fueled more feelings of anger among the Arab and Islamic peoples, especially in light of the continuous Israeli escalation against the Palestinian people in all its forms, including field executions, where 4 Palestinians were killed by the occupation army's bullets in only five days, in addition to the storming of towns and villages, arrests, demolition, displacement, settlement expansion, and the continuous assault on sanctities. The newspaper stressed that the Security Council and Western countries, led by America, need more work to restore the confidence of the Palestinians and the Arab and Islamic peoples in their commitment to international law, by taking serious positions to stop the escalation and provocative Israeli unilateral measures, and to hold Israel accountable for its violations and crimes and put an end to its continued impunity. In turn, Al-Watan newspaper referred to continued international condemnation of an Israeli minister's storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque a few days ago, considering it a "dangerous escalation" that must be stopped immediately. The newspaper said, in its editorial titled: "A Dangerous Escalation," that the Israeli minister's storming of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and violating its sanctity is a provocative step that is condemned in the strongest terms and represents an unacceptable violation of international law and the historical and legal status quo in Jerusalem and its sanctities. This requires the international community, including the Security Council, to work immediately to stop it through effective steps that would compel Israel to stop its aggressions against the Palestinian people and its violations of international law and international humanitarian law. Al-Watan concluded its editorial by saying that Arab efforts must continue and unite to protect Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Islamic and Christian holy sites in the occupied city of Jerusalem, the capital of the State of Palestine, and to support the Palestinian citizens of Jerusalem.
