Qatar's Shura Council's Legal Committee Discusses Draft Law Amending Provisions of Real Estate Development Regulation Law

Doha, November 20 (QNA) - The Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Shura Council held on Sunday a meeting chaired by HE Chairman of the Committee Dr. Sultan bin Hassan Al Dosari. The Committee discussed a draft law amending some provisions of Law No. 6 of 2014, regulating real estate development. The meeting was attending by Director of Legislation Department at the General Secretariat of the Cabinet Abdulaziz Mubarak Al Buainain and Director of the Legal Affairs Department at the Ministry of Municipality Ahmed Yousef Al Emadi who responded to inquiries and observations raised by members of the Committee related to the aforementioned draft law. The Committee decided to complete its study of the draft law at its next meeting. (QNA)
