QNL Celebrates Qatar-Middle East, North Africa, South Asia 2022 Year of Culture on Nov. 3

Doha, October 29 (QNA) - As part of its cultural activities, Qatar National Library (QNL) celebrates the peoples' cultural year, where the library will hold an exhibition entitled "Qatar - Middle East, North Africa and South Asia 2022", in cooperation with the embassies of Sudan, Yemen, Turkey, Tunisia, Sri Lanka, on November 3 in the auditorium in the library. The exhibition aims to highlight the heritage of the countries of the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia through a diverse program of different activities. The exhibition includes a large number of attractive shows, events, and activities, including traditional tales, folk customs, and handicrafts such as drawing, clay, and weaving. QNL organizes a variety of events that address the interests of society and visitors from around the world, all of which focus on culture, heritage, sports, and the arts and are suitable for different age groups. The previous cultural years included Qatar-Japan 2012, Qatar-UK 2013, Qatar-Brazil 2014, Qatar-Turkey 2015, Qatar-China 2016, Qatar-Germany 2017, Qatar-Russia 2018, Qatar-India 2019, Qatar-France 2020, and Qatar-USA 2021.
