The delegation was received by Deputy Ombudsman Osama Ahmed Al Asfoor who welcomed them, pointing out the outstanding relation of cooperation between the Ombudsman Office and RAP. He briefed them on the missions and specialties of the Ombudsman Office and its role in serving the public by receiving complaints or requests for assistance. The presentation also included main statistics on the office’s activities and efforts according to the annual reports it released.
