RCO attends Cairo Ideal Mother International Festival

Cairo, Mar. 22 (BNA): Secretary-General of the Royal Charity Organsiation (RCO), Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed Al-Amin, has attended the fifth Cairo Ideal Mother International Festival, following the designation of Bahrain by the festival’s organising committee as the festival’s guest of honour. The ceremony was held in the presence of the representative of the Islamic Cultural, Educational, and Scientific Conference Organisation (ICESCO), Dr. Salahuddin Al-Jaffarawi, representative of the Mohamed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment, Khalid bin Zayed, and a number of prominent charity and humanitarian personalities.  During the ceremony, Nadia Adbahi, was conferred the “Ideal Mother” Award in recognition of the tremendous efforts she is exerting in taking care of her children, as well as for her engagement in the activities of RCO, which, thanks to the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the directives of the Representatives of HM the King r Charity Work and Youth Affairs and RCO Board of Trustees Chairman, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, delivers quality programmes for orphans, widows and the needy.
