RCO chief receives Russian Grand Mufti

Manama, Mar. 27 (BNA): The Royal Charity Organisation (RCO)'s secretary-general Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed has received the Grand Mufti of Russia, Russian Muftis Shura Council Chairman and President of the Religious Administration of Muslims in the Russian Federation, Shaikh Rawi Ainuddin, during his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. He briefed the kingdom's guest about the accomplishments, history and humanitarian assistance delivered by the Royal Charity Organisation inside the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad at the directives of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa the Honourary President of the Royal Charity Organiation. The Russian Grand Mufti praised the huge humanitarian role of HM the King and His Majesty's care and patronage of philanthropic work in Bahrain and abroad, expressing his appreciation of the kingdom's humanitarian and developmental projects in various parts of the world and the efforts of the Royal Charity Organisation led by HM the King's Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs and the Organisation's Board of Trustees Chairman HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in effectively and efficiently supporting all needy peoples in disaster-afflicted countries in various humanitarian circumstances.
