RCO honours outstanding students at Bahrain's Educational Complex in Zaatari Camp

Amman, Aug. 3 (BNA): Under the patronage of the Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs and Board of Trustees Chairman of the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, RCO honoured outstanding students who obtained their secondary education certificates from the Kingdom of Bahrain's Educational Complex at the Al-Zaatari Camp for Syrian refugees.
During a ceremony held at the complex, the graduates dedicated their success to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, RCO’s Honorary President, who had ordered the building of the educational complex to enable them to continue their education and ensure them a better future.
RCO Secretary General, Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed, extended heartfelt thanks and appreciation to HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and to HM King Abdulla II of Jordan for their honourable stances towards brotherly Syrian refugees, hailing HM King Hamad’s directives to implement development projects to support them, in line with the solid fraternal relations between the Bahraini and Syrian peoples.
Al-Sayed valued highly the support enjoyed by RCO from the government, led by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier.
He also paid tribute to HH Shaikh Nasser for his patronage of the ceremony, as well as for his efforts to deliver all kinds of support for Syrian refugees in Jordan.
He conveyed congratulations from HM the King and HH Shaikh Nasser to the outstanding graduates, as well as their wishes of further success to them.
He lauded RCO’s distinguished fruitful cooperation with the Jordan Hashemite Chariy Organisation (JHCO), the Jordanian Education Ministry and the office of the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) in Jordan.
Al-Sayed pointed out that Kingdom of Bahrain's Educational Complex at the Al-Zaatari Camp for Syrian refugees had been built in 2012 based on the directives of HM King Hamad, support of HH Shaikh Nasser and backing of HRH the Crown Prince.
Bahraini Ambassador to Jordan Ahmed bin Yusef Al-Ruwai commended the royal directives to provide assistance for needy people, paying tribute to HM King Hamad for his keenness on supporting charity and humanitarian work in Bahrain and beyond.
He hailed the unwavering support of HRH the Prime Minister and HRH the Crown Prince for RCO.
He also lauded the efforts of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa to carry out the directives of HM the King and alleviate the suffering of brotherly Syrian refugees in Jordan.
Ambassador Al-Ruwai stressed the depth of the Bahraini-Jordanian relations, citing the successful projects implemented by the two brotherly countries.
Assistant Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Chariy Organisation (JHCO), Mohammed Al-Kailani, expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to HM the King for his humanitarian initiatives in support of the Syrian refugees, and lauded the depth of the long-standing Bahraini-Jordanian relations, praising HH Shaikh Nasser’s role in RCO’s development and humanitarian projects.
President of the University of Bahrain. Professor Riyad Hamzah, expressed deep pride in the outstanding results of the graducates, wishing them further success.
