The current visit of Cambodian military to Russia has become the first contact of that format between defense departments of the two countries since 1991. Representatives of the Cambodian side note that the upcoming talks will particularly focus on the issues of tackling terrorism, as well as responding to traditional and new challenges to security. For example, the country is interested in the Russian experience of fighting against organized crime, cyber threats and drug trafficking. Read more
