SCE congratulates Bahrain Bayan School

Manama, Jan. 15 (BNA): CEO Dr. Mohammed Mubarak bin Dinah of the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE) today congratulated Bahrain Bayan School on winning the 2018 Zayed Future Energy Prize in the Global High Schools category. The SCE CEO lauded the school’s winning project (ECOLAB 360) that contains creative initiatives focus on boosting renewable and sustainable energy, which also embodies the award’s four criteria, tangible impact, creativity, long-term vision and leadership. He took pride in the national achievement brought by Bahrain Bayan School, praising the students’ scientific knowledge that reflects the school’s interest in the future environment and renewable energy sciences. He attached great significance to disseminating the culture of renewable energy generation, which is a vital factor for the advancement of communities. He stressed the SCE support for initiatives for the promotion and dissemination of sustainable energy.
