SCE's Chief Executive receives Russian delegation

Manama, Sep. 18 (BNA): Chief Executive Officer of the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE), Dr. Mohammed Mubarak bin Dainah, has received a delegation from the Russian WadiWater Company, which specialises in the production of mineral water from air humidity, led by its CEO and Co-founder, Andrey Martirosov, in addition to Capital Energy company’s Managing Director, Fawzi Al-Aradi. Dr. Bin Dinah praised the efforts exerted by WadiWater to develop the latest methods for the production of mineral water, highlighting the importance of the environmentally friendly innovations that contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals. He underlined the SCE’s keenness to enhance cooperation with projects that are based on green economy in order to preserve the environment and natural resources and wealth. WadiWater company’s delegation expressed thanks and appreciation to Dr. Bin Dainah for the warm welcome, and gave a presentation about the new technology used by the company to produce water from the air, noting that it allows the distillation of clean drinking water from air humidity. They stressed that if the technology is used in Bahrain, it will achieve great success because of high humidity in the air and shortage of groundwater.
