Scientific Day to be held by BDF Dentistry Centre

Manama, Oct. 13 (BNA): Under the patronage of Professor Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Commander of the BDF Royal Medical Services, the Medical and Surgical Dentistry Centre at the Military Hospital will host its annual Scientific Day on Saturday, October 15. The seminar comprises lectures on dentistry science and surgery, therapeutics and modern treatment techniques for pediatric and adult patients. Speaking to Bahrain News Agency (BNA), Dr. Omar Saleh, Dentist/Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Dentistry Centre said the Scientific Day this year will bring together distinguished medical experts and consultants from inside the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad. Speakers at the seminar include Dr. Anya Al Yass, Dr. Nawaf Al Hamer, Dr. Kinnock Janjoli, Dr. Rana Al-Ghattam and Dr. Susan Parekh the Clinical Lecturer/Consultant in Pediatric Dentistry at the UK-based University College of London who will present two lectures on modern techniques for treatment of tooth decay in children.
