Second Phase of "We Are All Responsible" Initiative Inaugurated in Al Wakrah region

Doha, October 15 (QNA) - The second phase of the "We are all responsible" initiative launched Saturday from Qanbar Al Ansari Mosque in the Al Wakrah area. The initiative aims to enhance community participation for young people and decorate the country's regions. In a statement, HE Yousef bin Ali bin Yousef Al Khater, a member of the Shura Council, said that the "We are all responsible" initiative has significant importance especially with the start of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, pointing out that Qatari youth are full of vitality, activity and positive spirit. On the occasion of launching the "We are all responsible" initiative Hamad Al Athba, chairman of the organizing committee of the initiative, explained that the three-day initiative will include cleaning, landscaping, murals, and street decoration with the participation of youth. The first phase of the "We are all responsible" initiative, which began in Bani Hajer on October 10, aimed to highlight the aesthetic areas in Doha and show them beautifully. This initiative comes under the patronage of HE Minister of Sports and Youth Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipality, the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal), the Leadership Center for Girls, the Al Wakrah Girls Center, the Friends of the Environment Center, and Sumaysimah and Al Daayen Youth Center.
