Shura Chairman congratulates Omani counterpart

Manama, Nov. 4 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, has sent a cable of congratulations to his Omani counterpart, Khalid bin Hilal al Maawali, on his re-election. Al-Saleh stressed that Al Maawali†s re-election to his post reflects renewed confidence in his leadership of the Omani Shura Council thanks to his high experience and competence. The Shura Chairman lauded the advanced level of the Bahraini-Omani cooperation in the parliamentary fields, stressing keenness to further bolster them and support them for the best interests of the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
