Shura chairman receives ambassador

Manama, Jan. 31 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh received here today the newly-appointed Bahraini Ambassador to Jordan, Ahmed Yussif Al-Ruwaie. Al-Saleh congratulated the envoy on the precious royal trust bestowed upon him by appointing him to his post, wishing him every success in carrying out his diplomatic duties. The Shura Chairman praised the role being played by Bahrain’s ambassadors to bolster its friendhip and cooperation ties with the host brotherly and friendly countries in various fields. Ambassador Al-Ruwaie lauded the efforts exerted by the Shura Council to develop the legislative system in the kingdom.
