Shura Council Chairman Congratulates FNC President

Manama, Oct. 5 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, has sent a cable of congratulations to UAE Federal National Council (FNC) President, Dr. Amal Abdulla Al-Qubaisi, on the success of the historic journey to the International Space Station (ISS) by the first Emirati and Arab astronaut Hazza Al-Mansouri. Al-Saleh congratulated the UAE on the historic achievement, describing it as a quantum leap and an advanced step towards its efforts to invest in the space sector. The Shura Council Chairman sent a similar cable to the UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, Shaikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
