Shura Council congratulates BCCI new board

Manama, Mar. 11 (BNA): The Shura Council has congratulated the winners of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)’s elections for its new board of directors, wishing them success to achieve the aspirations of traders for more growth. The council stressed the chamber’s effective role forming the link between the commercial and industrial sector and the government entities. The council noted the landslide participation of women as candidates and voters, expressing the aspiration to continue the partnership to boost the national economy in in line with Bahrain Economic Vision2030 and consolidate Bahrain’s position as the region’s financial, tourism and investment hub. The council stressed that the successful BCCI elections were organised in harmony Bahrain’s robust democratic reform led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
