Shura council marks Bahraini Press Day

Manama, May 10 (BNA): Shura Council has honoured today the journalists and media personnel in charge of covering its regular sessions on the Bahraini Press Day, marked annually on May 7. Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh lauded the efforts of journalists and media personnel in serving Bahrain and its citizens, valuing highly their supporting role of the legislative branch and wishing them and the Bahraini press every success and progress. The celebration was attended by First Deputy Chairman of the Shura Council Jamal Fakhro, Shura Council's Secretary-General Abdul-Jaleel Ibrahim Al-Turaif and a number of the council's members.
