Sooronbay Jeenbekov meets with Kyrgyzstanis in Emirates

Bishkek, Dec.13, 2019. /Kabar/. Yesterday, Dec. 12 President Sooronbay Jeenbekov met with Kyrgyzstanis residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), his press service said. The meeting took place as part of the Kyrgyz leader’s official visit to the Emirates. President Jeenbekov noted he is glad to meet with his compatriots, exchange views on topical issues and learn about their living conditions. He noted among the Arab countries the largest diaspora of Kyrgyz people is in the UAE, the majority of which are youth representatives. The President briefly spoke about the results of his visit to the Emirates, and expressed confidence the first fruits of the agreements will be visible in the near future. The meeting was held in the format of questions and answers. Compatriots asked questions concerning simplification of visa procedures, introduction of new language programs in education, fight against corruption, about judicial reform, transformations in education system, development of economy, measures on increase of trade and economic relations with the UAE, support of compatriots, reduction of labor migration level, creation of conditions for entrepreneurship, etc. President Jeenbekov and members of the official delegation answered the questions of Kyrgyzstanis. On Dec. 11-12, 2019 Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov paid official visit to the UAE at the invitation of Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic consisted of Minister of Foreign Affairs Chingiz Aidarbekov, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the President’s Office Daniyar Sydykov, First Deputy Head of the President’s Office Almaz Kenenbayev, MPs Marat Amankulov, Zarylbek Rysaliyev, Nurbek Alimbekov, Kamchybek Zholdoshbayev, Ulugbek Ormonov, Emil Toktoshev, Prosecutor General Otkurbek Dzhamshitov, Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism Azamat Jamankulov, Minister of Education and Science Kanybek Isakov, Minister of Labor and Social Development Ulukbek Kochkorov, Minister of Emergency Situations Nurbolot Mirzakhmedov and Minister of Economy Sanjar Mukanbetov.
