Southern Governor receives Islamic preacher

Awali, June 17 (BNA): Southern Governor Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa received and held an Iftar banquet for Shaikh Suleiman Al Jebilan on the occasion of his visit to Bahrain to give a religious lecture as part of the Southern Governorate’s Ramadan programme. The reception was attended by President of the Sunni Endowments Council Shaikh Rashid Al Hajeri and officials. The audience praised the role of Shaikh Suleiman Al Jebilan in serving Islam and his moderate approach in teaching its noble precepts to the youngsters.
