Speaker condemns Jordan's terror attack

Manama, June 21 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla today strongly denounced the terrorist attack targeted an advanced military post for provide services to Syrian refugees near Jordan's northeastern border, killing and wounding a number of border guards. The Speaker extended deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery. He highlighted the legislative branch's support for Jordan in its fight against terrorism, stressing that the terrorist acts are in violation of all religions and values of humanity. He hailed the efforts of the Jordanian military and security forces in maintaining security and stability, calling for concerted regional and international efforts to eradicate all terrorist organisations that threaten international peace and security.
