Speaker congratulates Saudi Shura Council president

Manama, Mar. 3(BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawziya bint Abdulla Zainal sent a cable of congratulations to Saudi Shura Council President Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh on being awarded the prize excellence in the category of Parliament Speaker. The Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (APU) conferred the award on Dr. Al-Sheikh on the sidelines of its 29th Conference, which opened today, Sunday in Amman, Jordan. She commended deep-rooted fraternal relations binding Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
