Speaker voices support to Saudi

Manama, Mar. 26 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mullah today voiced Bahrain’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a cable to Saudi Shura Council Speaker Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh, he strongly condemned the Houthi coup militias’ ballistic missile attacks, targeting innocent civilians and residential areas. "The criminal attack reveals the continuous acts of terrorism perpetrated by coup militias and those who aid and abet them to subvert the security and stability of countries in the region", he said, adding that the security and stability of Bahrain and Saudi are inseparable. He urged the international and parliamentary community to voice its rejection of this aggression and acts of terrorism, praying to Allah the Almighty to protect Saudi Arabia and bless it with further progress and prosperity, led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud. The Speaker has also sent a similar cable to Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain Dr. Abdulla bin Abdulmalek Al-Sheikh.
