Strong Bahraini-Egyptian relations sressed

Cairo, Aug. 13 (BNA): The Egyptian Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates' Affairs, Ambassador Nabila Makram Abdel Shahid, received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa. Ambassador Shaikh Rashid affirmed the strong brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arab Republic of Egypt, which are based on respect and solidarity. He also reviewed means of further developing joint cooperation and coordination between the two countries to achieve common interests. He hailed the contributions of the Egyptian community to the development process of the Kingdom of Bahrain. For her part, the Egyptian Minister for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates' Affairs praised the brotherly Bahraini-Egyptian ties, stressing keenness of her country to further strengthen these ties in all fields, particularly regarding the conditions of Egyptian expatriates in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She also valued the supportive stances of the Kingdom of Bahrain towards the development process of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The meeting also discussed topics of mutual interest. (MOFA)
