Tangible Assistance Given to Farming

Pyongyang, August 31 (KCNA) -- Ministries, national institutions and other units in the DPRK render steady assistance to farming. Officials of ministries and national institutions are directing efforts to ensuring the provision of necessities for farms on a top-priority basis. The Agricultural Commission, the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Light Industry sent trucks, fuel and plastic sheets to farms. The Foreign Trade Bank, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Natural Resources Development and other ministries and national institutions offered materials and accessories for repair and operation of rice combine harvesters to farms.
