Thank-you party for cave rescuers set on Aug 1

UBON RATCHATHANI, July 24 (TNA) – The date of the thank-you party for Thai and foreign participants in the cave rescue is set on Aug 1, said Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-ocha. The “United as One” party will be held at the Royal Plaza from 6 pm to 8pm. His Majesty the King granted permission to the government to use the venue for this special event. The working committees of ministries and government agencies are preparing to invite the guests and to organize the event. Regarding the planned establishment of the national committee to oversee the movie production of the Tham Luang story, Gen Prayut said the details are being considered and the issue has not yet finalized.
