Travel safety campaign launched

Manama, July29 (BNA): The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) continues its travel safety awareness campaign launched at the beginning of the travelling season at different ports. The work teams at the Bahrain International Airport and the King Fahad Causeway provided travelers with information and instructions and supplied them with tip cards about important steps that should be taken in certain situations, such as loss of passports. The campaign stressed the importance for travelers to protect their personal belongings and keep electronic copies of their documents in their emails. Citizens planning to travel abroad were also urged to comply with security and safety to avert any accidents or thefts and spend a pleasant holiday before returning to Bahrain.
