Turkey's EU minister says Europe's bottleneck might be offering an opportunity for Turkey

ISTANBUL (A.A) - Turkey's European Union Minister Egemen Bagis has said Europe's economic dire straits might offer opportunities for Turkish investors and businesspeople. "There are strong and rooted brands in Europe. And there are projects within their privatization programs. There are vast opportunities that Turkish investors and businesspeople could exploit," Bagis told a meeting of the Turkish Businessmen's and Industrialists' Confederation in Istanbul.       Bagis also said Turkey needed to keep strong ties with Europe in all fields in politics, economy and education.
