Turkish foreign minister meets several officials in London

LONDON (A.A) - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, who is currently in London to attend an international conference on Somalia, held meetings with several officials on Wednesday. Davutoglu met United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, and they discussed the conference as well as the recent developments in Syria, Cyprus issue and Alliance of Civilizations which is a joint initiative by Turkey and Spain. Davutoglu also held meetings with Somalia's president and prime minister to discuss the recent situation in Somalia and the preparations for Thursday's international conference on Somalia. Davutoglu said that Turkey's humanitarian aid to Somalia would continue, while Somali leaders thanked for the help of Turkey.
