Turkish transportation minister says bids for third Istanbul bridge to be taken soon

ISTANBUL (A.A) - January 25, 2012 - Turkish transportation minister said on Wednesday that bids for the third Istanbul bridge would be taken soon, probably in April. Delivering a speech at a meeting of Istanbul Chamber of Industry, Transportation, Maritime and Communications Minister Binali Yildirim said that the project on construction of the third bridge was revised.  "We will take bids for the third bridge soon, probably in April. We hope that construction will begin within this year," he said.
