Two Tune Hotels Open in London

KUALA LUMPUR, July 17 (Bernama) -- Tune Hotels has opened another two hotels in Kings Cross and Paddington in London. It already has hotels in Westminster and Liverpool Street in the city. With the opening of both hotels, the move cements the group's position as one of capital's leading budget hotel chains. A statement said the new London hotels are part of 30 properties scheduled to be opened globally over the next 12 months. Tune Hotels is part of the Tune Group, a lifestyle business conglomerate founded by group chief executive officer Tony Fernandes and deputy group chief executive officer Kamarudin Meranun of AirAsia, Asia's largest low-cost carrier. "More Tune Hotels are scheduled for opening in Asean, the United Kingdom, India and Australia that will give our guests even more options for travel destinations.
